Darling Mills Bakehouse Coolum Beach

Darling Mills Bakehouse is named for the Darling Mills Creek which was the water source for one of Australia’s first flour mills. Inspired by this rich agricultural and food production history, it is our aim to bring you the best quality patisserie, pies and breads that we can.

We are a family business, owned and operated by Sunshine Coast locals. You’ll find us at Coolum Village in the same shopping centre as Coles in Coolum Beach.

Our head company also produces Walter’s Artisan Bread. It’s one of the country’s only producers of true long fermented organic sourdoughs and certified organic granolas. The full Walter’s range is available in store at Darling Mills Bakehouse.
